Dan Moore and his team did a spectacular job from start to finish for our roof that was damaged in a storm earlier this year. Dan himself personally came out to review my issues, discuss the process and provide guidance in choosing the best materials to go with. We actually had several meetings and Dan showed up on time to every single meeting. He explained things in terms that were easy to understand and of course got the job done right on schedule. My insurance adjuster actually told me what a pleasure it was to work with Dan, which furthered my already high confidence level. His crew did a spectacular job of getting the roof put on in one day, cleaned up and left everything the way they found it. Ive had a few negative experiences with roofers in the past, so it was a blessing to find someone such as Dan Moore to do my roof. No worries whatsoever. Dan Moore and is crew did an excellent job on replacing my roof he was here on time the day that was scheduled, he walked my roof and met with the adjuster they compiled their info and it was agreed the roof needed to be replaced. Moores team showed up and did an excellent job on removing the existing roof and replacing it as well, they spent hours making sure the old roof and nail were picked up as needed, if your looking for an excellent roofer or a contractor to handle your home needs look no further, he is a man of integrity and will stand behind his quality craftsmanship.

I've had my share of people knock on my door after a storm and ask to inspect my roof. When I finally let one up there, he suggested I submit a claim to my insurance company, and when the insurance inspector was there, he tried to get me to sign a contract BEFORE my insurance company had even spoken to me. Needless to say, I called a friend, received the recommendation for Moore Dynamic Roofing and haven't regretted it. They made the entire process easy, made sure my roof would not leak while I was waiting on the insurance company, and gave me multiple options for the roof replacement. The crew that worked on my house was very efficient, and the clean up afterwards was perfect.

Carl met with my adjuster and kept me updated every step of the way. He sent me pictures as they were installing my roof, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm so very late in writing this review, but I didn't want to not do it. A year or so ago we hired Mr. Moore to come out to our home and install a new roof after the last hail storm that came through. We were incredibly impressed with his communication skills and work on installing our new roof. He did an exceptional job with everything from the phone calls to the actual roof install! Everything was wonderful and the finished product looked amazing! Thank you to Mr. Moore and to his crew for their professionalism and job well done! During a 2-month period I had 2 separate roofing companies inspect and provide estimates for a new roof. Both came back with No damage to the roof its just old and needs to be replaced but their prices were very different, and I am glad they were. A neighbor recommended Dan with Moore Dynamic Roofing. After talking to Dan about my prior 2 roofers and my hesitation to put trust and a sizable amount of money in his hands, we agreed to meet. He was on time and fully prepared we walked through the house looking at water damage then moved outside. He asked if he could step away to make a call, within 5 minutes Carl arrived with a ladder and was on the roof. Carl looked at the roof took pictures and talked with us regarding the wind and hail damage he was finding. Dan asked me if I had made any claims with the insurance company regarding the damage. With that statement I knew I would be working with a professional company. Dan took care of everything, the insurance company, the adjusters and we set a date to have the roof put on in April 2020. The roofing team showed up on time and went straight to work. Carl and Dan came by to check in with me and the roofing team. Clean-up was perfectit was like they were never there. Moore Dynamic Roofing treated me like I was part of the family. Dan referred me contractors to do other jobs around the house and I have not been disappointed. Im a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Dan and Carl not only for roofing but for their knowledge base related to the construction industry.

A little background. Four years ago we had a little roof damage and called a roofing company in Mesquite. They said they would take care of everything. They didnt. Adjuster came out, no one showed. They would not return my calls, needless to say claim was denied. So I patched it up myself, thinking unless we get a huge hail storm, I would have to pay for a new roof eventually and my roof was approaching 15 years old. Recently, my next door neighbor recommended Carl and Moore Dynamic. I called Carl to come look at my roof. He did and he thought that there was enough hail damage there to possibly get a new roof. Carl spent time with us and explained the process, met with the insurance adjuster, and then got everything done with high quality, and in a timely manner. He was awesome to work with! If anyone needs a roof, I highly recommend Moore Dynamic Roofing! Wish I would have known about them sooner!!

Well, I think its pretty safe to say with all of these reviews that Carl is awesome. He helped us out on our insurance claim. Not only did he meet our insurance adjuster at my home, he also gave him physical evidence that the damage was from a storm including interior paint damage from water leaks. This helped maximize our claim from the insurance company. Not only did we get a new roof but we also got money to fix paint inside the home including the ceiling. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thats looking for not only insurance help but any roof installation. On another note, The crew that came out to do the installation for the roof respected the property and cleaned up well. There was virtually no trace that they were even here.

We are extremely happy with Moore Dynamic Roofing. Carl is absolutely the best ~ honest, hard-working, responsive to phone texts, etc. So happy to have him as our Project Manager to complete our Hail Damage Claim. Great service, Carl was easy to work with. Even gave us some money back when one part of our roof was easier to fix than expected. These guys can be trusted to do a great job!

Dan and Carl with Moore Dynamic Roofing came out and looked at my roof with adjuster and went to work after making a decision that I had hail and wind damage they did a great and fast job and worked with insurance company to to see that I was taken care of I would recommend them for all your roofing needs.

I have not yet had the pleasure of using Moore Dynamic Roofing Companies Services, with that being said, if the Customer Service is any indication of their work, I would still give these guys, a 5 star rating. I called Moore, and 2 other companies for estimates, 1 company did not call me back, and the other companies prices were 2.5 times above what Moore Dynamics is. Dan the owner called me back immediately, followed up with me, Carl Wisener Came out to do my estimate, and Dan came by to make sure that he kept the appointment, both of these guys, were above and beyond kind, informative, professional, and helped me keep my 17mth old grandson, and my puppy entertained. They gave me all the ins, and outside, with our without insurance, patch up the needed damage for Emergency purposes, versus, doing the entire job. I was very sick on that day, and it showed. We joked about it, but both of these guys, showed a compassion towards me, that I will always remember. I believe in building long term relationships in life, and in business, and trust my instincts upon first meeting someone, and my instincts tell me that if Dan(The Owner) of Moore Dynamic Roofing, and Carl Wisener is any indication of the quality of work that they do, then this is the company, that I want to fix my roof.

Carl was outstanding - up on the roof pointing out everything I didn't want to know - and then back again to point it all out to the insurance adjuster. They did their roof specialty and helped us replace the aluminum patio cover with steel (not their specialty but they know contractors and independent trade people) Everything you want done on time and maybe under budget? I feel I got more than I paid for. First Class all the way!

I could not have been happier with Moore Dynamic Roofing's service. I needed an inspection in a hurry for an insurance debacle. I called Dan and had him and Carl on my roof in less than an hour. They inspected the roof, assured me there was no problem and took my contact info to send me a letter to submit to the insurance company. Feeling completely overwhelmed by the whole mess (dealing with the insurance and several missed appointments by other roofers and a looming deadline) I teared up. Dan hugged me and assured me everything would be fine...no charge. Please give them a call for your roofing needs, I assure you I'll keep them in my contact list!

Very professional and courteous~ workers were prompt and efficient.

The sales team was so sweet and professional! Carl and Dan came and within the hour had my inspection done and helped me call in the claim. I don't even think it took that long to get me started! They showed me exactly what was wrong with my roof and took the time to explain it all to me in words I could understand. They walked me through everything! They had several different distributers for shingles for me to choose from and even the crew who put on my roof was kind! I'm a single mom, and these guys took exceptional care of me and my home! This company was excellent in returning my calls, and helped me understand how to work with the insurance. They completed my roof in a timely manner and all of the staff was always considerate of me and my family. When the job was complete they cleaned up the area and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Top notch company!

Best prices and best service! Will continue to help with all aspects of the entire process. I don't like dealing with insurance companies and they put a buffer between you and them. They give you many choices instead of just one product.

This company went above and beyond. The sales lady Teri was nice and professional. Teri and Dan came to my house in the middle of the night and put a tarp on my roof. We went with them after dealing with a few other companies. They will work with you and your schedule. The crew they use is very professional and they cleaned up after themselves.
